Prevent yourself and your spouse from diabetes.

So please start calling your spouse by names 'Karela', 'Hing', 'Hari Mirch', 'Pyaaj', 'Lassun', 'Bitterleaf', 'Lal Mirch', 'Bitterlemon', 'Adrak'....etc
